Today, Wizards of the Coast announced that the release of Zendikar Rising, Magic: the Gathering’s Spring 2020 expansion set, will be accompanied by two new Commander decks. Zendikar Rising does not have an official release date but is scheduled for the third quarter of 2020, likely in September.

The Zendikar Rising Commander decks will feature three new cards in each deck that are not included in booster packs of the set. The remaining cards in each deck will be made up of reprints, similar to the Commander decks that will be release with Commander Legends later in 2020.
