Today, Wizards of the Coast announced that the Brawl format was available on Magic: the Gathering Arena today, along with four new pre-constructed Brawl decks featuring Commanders from Magic’s upcoming set, Throne of Eldraine.
The Brawl decks introduce four brand-new, three-color legendary creatures from Throne of Eldraine: Chulane, Teller of Tales, Syr Gwyn, Hero of Ashvale, Korvold, Fae-Cursed King, and Alela, Artful Provocateur.
You will be able to play with all four of these new Commanders in their respective pre-constructed Brawl decks on MTG Arena, which are 60-card decks made up of a mix of Standard-legal cards and brand new cards from Throne of Eldraine. The Brawl decks are playable as part of a new 1v1 Brawl “Courtside Brawl” event that is free to enter and will reward up to six playsets of uncommon cards from Throne of Eldraine. The event will end on September 9.
