This morning, Wizards of the Coast announced a Magic: the Gathering-themed Dungeons and Dragons campaign book, Guildmasters’ Guide to Ravnica, which officially brings D&D to the plane of Ravnica, one of Magic’s most popular worlds.

Guildmasters’ Guide to Ravnica will be available on November 9, 2018 in local game stores (November 20 everywhere else) for $49.95, featuring the art of fan-favorite Magic artist Magali Villeneuve. It will be released alongside a companion book of “maps and miscellany” for $19.95, as well as a set of Ravnica-themed dice for $24.95.

Wizards of the Coast owns both of the Magic: the Gathering and Dungeons and Dragons fantasy properties, and fans have clamored for years for Wizards to make crossover products featuring Magic’s detailed worlds in official D&D campaign materials. Amazon listings indicating the imminent release of such a product were found early Sunday morning, less than 24 hours before today’s announcement.
