On today’s Minute: Eternal Weekend is this weekend in Pittsburg, PA.
Eternal Weekend officially opens its doors today in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Last-chance trials for both the Vintage Championship and the Legacy Championship begin at 1pm alongside plenty of other side events if you’re in the area.
Friday, October 20th and Saturday, October 21st will host the Vintage and Legacy championships respectively. Both events begin at 9AM local time. The top prize for each event is a $2,500 credit to Card Titan as well as an alternate-art framed Magic card. Vintage players will be competing for an alternate art Black Lotus painted by Steve Belledin while Legacy players will be competing for an alternate art Savannah painted by Mark Poole.
The Top 8 for both championship events will take place on Sunday with Vintage kicking off at 9AM and Legacy kicking off at 2PM or whenever the Vintage Championship concludes if that’s later than 2PM. The streaming schedule for the weekend has yet to be announced, but you can stay tuned to Hipsters of the Coast on Twitter @HotCblog for updates today and through the weekend.
